etalon’s work is based on many years of experience in project management and leading cultural change processes in companies. Founded by Elke Werner- Keppner, Sarah Oveyssi and Volker Koch, etalon uses innovative methods to bring about long-term positive change in the knowledge, attitudes and behaviour of employees in multinational companies. With its strong roots in occupational safety, etalon offers a wide range of expertise: from safety and health protection to environmental protection, leadership development and coaching. The consulting team, headquartered in Germany, consists of experts with more than 20 years of experience in applied psychology, safety and communication.
In 2023, we expanded to Iberia and added Antonio Campos del Olmo and Tânia Teixeira to our team. This has enabled us to add process safety and management systems to our service portfolio.
